Craniosacral Therapy

Myofascial Release Therapy

Is there free parking nearby?
Yes, there are 10 car park bays onsite in front of House of Alcheme building. There is also unmetered on-street car parking available in Golf Street. For those seeking a secure car parking facility, the nearby ParkNGo, 4 Lightning Street offers 295 car park bays with an accessibility lift at an easy flat-surfaced 2-3 minute walk from House of Alcheme.
What facilities are available?
There is a reception with filtered water, a blissful waiting room, male and female toilets, shower facility and powder room with hairstyling equipment. On arrival, you will be welcomed into the state of art wellness centre with serene sounds where you can relax and decompress before your therapeutic appointment begins.
What happens after my appointment?
Your therapist will book you in for your follow-up appointment and welcome you out into the reception area. At the House of Alcheme, your therapeutic appointment comes with a complimentary warm herbal tea and a small healthy snack alongside an oracle card reading for insight.
This is served to you after your therapeutic appointment in the divine reception space where you can enjoy calm, serene sound scapes whilst re-emerging back into your day. You are welcome to take time in stillness to ground and anchor yourself before leaving the space.
Can I bring a friend or support person to my appointment?
As some clinic rooms are smaller in size, we require prior notice at minimum 48 hours before your appointment start time. This allows us to arrange for a larger room that will be appropriate for more than one person attending the therapeutic appointment.
Please note that if we cannot arrange a larger room for your original appointment time, then we will offer to change the appointment time to when a larger room is available so you can bring a friend or support person.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Our clinic payment policy is payment upfront via EFT/Credit/Debit Card. Upon payment, you will receive an appropriate invoice to provide your health fund where the therapist is registered for health fund rebates. We do not provide payment plans however we do offer Buy Now Pay Later via AfterPay - for this option please contact us prior to your appointment.
What if I cannot make my appointment?
In the case of an emergency, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to juggle it all. We do not offer refunds of your deposit if you cancel your appointment however we will offer to reschedule your appointment for another available time provided you notify us in writing via text message or email prior to your appointment start time.
